Welcome to Papr Space. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Content Policies

Prohibited Content

We strictly prohibit content that:

  • Provokes or incites violence, hatred, or discrimination
  • Contains anti-social elements or promotes harmful activities
  • Affects public sentiment negatively or spreads misinformation
  • Violates intellectual property rights or contains plagiarized content
  • Contains explicit adult content without proper age restrictions
  • Promotes illegal activities or substances

Age Safety & Content Rating

We take age safety seriously and require writers to properly categorize their content:

  • Content must be marked as "Adult" or "Kids" appropriate
  • Adult content is restricted from minor audiences
  • Writers are responsible for accurate content rating
  • We monitor and review content to ensure proper categorization

Content Monitoring & Enforcement

We closely monitor all content on our platform and actively review reports from our community. When violations are detected:

  • We investigate reported content promptly
  • Violating content may be removed or restricted
  • Repeat offenders may face account suspension or termination
  • We reserve the right to take legal action for severe violations

Content Immutability

Free Content

Writers may edit or delete free content at any time. However, deleted content will be removed from users' bookmarks and libraries.

Subscriber & Premium Content

Once published as subscriber-only or premium content, articles become immutable. Writers cannot edit or delete published subscriber/premium content. This ensures that purchasers retain permanent access to the content they paid for. If content is deactivated by the platform for violations, existing purchasers retain access in their library.

User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must respect intellectual property rights and not plagiarize content
  • You agree to use the platform in accordance with all applicable laws
  • You must report inappropriate content through our reporting system

Intellectual Property

Writers retain ownership of their content. By publishing on Papr Space, writers grant us a license to host, display, and distribute their content on our platform. Writers must ensure they have the right to publish their content and that it does not infringe on others' intellectual property rights.

We have a strict anti-plagiarism policy. Any content found to be plagiarized will be removed, and the writer's account may be suspended or terminated.

Monetization & Payments

Subscription payments are processed through Razorpay. All subscription plans are locked once activated and cannot be switched or upgraded until expiration.

Writers receive revenue share based on engagement (for subscriptions) or 80% of sale price (for one-time premium purchases). Please refer to our Pricing page for more details.

Limitation of Liability

Papr Space is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to content accuracy, service interruptions, or data loss.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
